Business Associations Practicum (1 credits)

Taught in conjunction with Business Associations each semester. The object is for students to learn to draft the key business documents that the Business Associations course addresses and substantive law perspective. Major documents may include partnership agreement, incorporation documents, buy and sell clause, license agreement and the agreements that would be involved in the formation of a startup business. Depending on the instructor, the Practicum may involve negotiation skills. Corequisite: Business Associations
