Commercial Law Survey (4 credits)

A survey course with emphasis on the Uniform Commercial Code Article 2 (Sales), Articles 3 and 4 (Commercial Paper and Bank Collection), and Article 9 (Secured Transactions). Prerequisites: Must not have taken two of the individual courses in Sales, Commercial Paper, or Secured Transactions and must not be taking one of these courses in the semester as the Survey.
