Cultural Resources Protection Law

This seminar focuses on protection of cultural resources worldwide from issues related to protection of archaeological sites and historic shipwrecks, to land use planning to protect landmarks and historic neighborhoods, to protection of cultural resources during war. Students will have the opportunity to hear presentations by experts in these areas and do in-depth research and make presentations. The seminar may apply to the International Law Certificate or the Land Use Law Certificate depending on the research topic chosen by the student. Prerequisites: None
