Florida Environmental Law (2 credits)

The Florida Environmental Law course includes an exploration of the development of environmental regulation and protection in Florida, the general relationship between Florida and federal law, and a survey of the agencies and other entities involved in environmental protection and the relevant governing laws.  It addresses all major areas of regulation including, but not limited to, wetlands and surface water protection, air quality regulation, the relationship between environmental protection and real estate transactions, and groundwater protection. Prerequisites: None
