Topics in Florida Practice (3 credits)

S/U grade only.  This course covers the topics in Florida law that have been tested by multiple choice questions on the Florida Bar Exam: Civil and criminal procedure and the rules of judicial administration; partnerships and corporations; evidence; and wills and administration of estates. The course is team taught by law school faculty and adjuncts. Students learn the subject matter in depth and have numerous opportunities to practice taking multiple choice examinations. Essay writing for the Bar Exam will also be covered. Prerequisites: None
