What advice would you offer to a new incoming 1L law student?
Keep calm and read on! Also, take advantage of the great opportunities the College of Law has to offer. There is a place and activity for everyone! You will meet great people, learn a ton and do a lot of amazing things if you are just open to it. Florida State has unique opportunities and a wonderful faculty which can open doors for you that you never thought possible.

What do you feel is unique about being a student at the College of Law?
There is something for each and every student to be a part of and to be passionate about here at the College of Law. There is also an abundant amount of support from faculty, staff, students and alumni for every student. When you go to Florida State College of Law you are a part of a huge family that ensures you find your place and your passion and helps you all along the way.

What makes our alumni network special?
Our alumni network is special because of the love and pride each alumnus has for the College of Law. Our alumni are so excited to hear how well the law school is doing and are always interested in giving back to the school and the students. They are a part of the big College of Law family, and they really enjoy helping students with advice, jobs and sharing stories about their days at the law school.

Why do you want to be an attorney?
I want to use my passion to help others. I have always been passionate about criminal law and helping others and this path is where my two passions converge.

Which College of Law student organization stands out to you and why?
The Student Bar Association is the student organization that stands out to me because it not only helps students with navigating law school, but it also makes law school fun by hosting socials and other similar events. It also does a lot in getting the students to be involved in the community in fun and rewarding ways.

What is your favorite Tallahassee recommendation?
My favorite Tally recommendation would be Habana’s Boardwalk. The food is good, it is locally owned and they have this amazing house-made dipping sauce that I would put on just about anything!

Give one “Fun Fact” about yourself.
I love traveling and trying new things while on my trips. I have been to over 7 countries and have been sky diving, parasailing and even “snuba” diving!
