What do you feel is unique about being a student at the College of Law?
The friendly environment here makes being a law student much less stressful than one would expect. Any prospective student will probably have fears of the "curve" and the cut-throat environment that can exist because of it. Luckily, at FSU, the students and professors are extremely friendly and willing to assist. I am confident that if I were to lose my notes halfway through the semester, multiple classmates would be willing to share their notes with me.

What makes our alumni network special?
Our alumni network is special because it is so diverse. Our alums are always willing to assist students. Every week I get announcements about alums being added to the mentor list or coming to speak on campus. I would say that our alums are very proud to have attended Florida State and are happy to help students whenever they can.

Who has been your favorite professor since starting your legal education?
My favorite professor since starting law school would have to be Professor Atkinson. Professor Atkinson never takes anything at face value and he makes sure to fully analyze every situation. I enjoyed his class because he challenged us to think at an extremely high level and not take everything we read as true.

Which student services office has been particularly helpful to you during your time at the College of Law?
The Office of Admissions has been particularly helpful for me since I decided I wanted to attend law school. Admissions administrators spent a lot of time to make sure that my transition as a 3+3 student went smoothly. On top of this, everyone in Admissions was always very pleasant and responsive, which reassured me that I made the correct choice in attending FSU. The hard work that they put in made it so that I did not have to deal with any added stress during my first semester of law school.

What do you recommend to guests visiting Tallahassee?
My favorite place to recommend in Tallahassee is Tom Brown Park. Tom Brown is a place where I go to enjoy nature and to get away from the stresses of school. Tom Brown has miles of nature to hike, a lake to sit by, large green fields to play sports, tennis courts, etc. It is a great place to go after a long week of studying and classes.

Fun Fact about Christopher.
Some fun facts about myself is that I have a pet turtle and that I play the drums.
