Mission Statement
Public Interest Law Students Association (PILSA) is committed to promoting pro bono and community service as well as helping students who wish to work in public interest law. It encourages all law students to make public interest a part of their careers.

Public Interest Law Students Association (PILSA), founded in 1869 and the oldest national association in the legal profession, is dedicated to promoting the highest standards of ethics and culture. Among its members are several Justices of the Supreme Court.
