1L Spring Competition
Each year the FSU Moot Court TEAM invites all College of Law second-semester
first-year students to compete in the Moot Court Spring Intramural competition.
From the top competitors, fifteen students are asked to join the FSU Moot Court
TEAM. Selection is based on merit with each student evaluated according to their
written brief and performance over three rounds of oral argument. The top four
new TEAM members compete in the Final
Four Competition for the Broad and Cassel Outstanding
Appellate Advocate Award. The Intramural
Competition is a student's only opportunity to join the FSU Moot Court TEAM.
