BlackBoard Conference System
The law school uses a web-based course management package called BlackBoard. Professors post assignments and other class materials on the BlackBoard. Additionally, some professors will use the BlackBoard as a discussion forum to which students can post comments or questions. The BlackBoard is basically a web-based bulletin board that can host discussions, documents, or even live chats.
The BlackBoard is hosted by FSU's Academic Computing and Network Services, and can be reached by the World Wide Web from any comptuer with an Internet connection. To access the system, you should go to the following address: campus.fsu.edu. You should probably bookmark this site. A link is also available from the Current Students menu on the Law School's home page.
To log in to the system, you will need to use your Garnet username and password. If you've forgotten your Garnet username, please call the User Services Helpdesk at 644-8502. If you have forgotten your password, please go to password.fsu.edu.
If you have difficulties with the BlackBoard, please contact the Computer Support Staff at the Computer Support Help Desk, either by phone at 644-7735, by email at problems@mail.law.fsu.edu, or stop by room 339.
