As you plan your event, please keep in mind the following:
- Room Requests are processed 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
- Requests should be submitted at least 72 hours in advance. Any space requested within fewer than 72 hours before the event is scheduled to begin cannot be guaranteed.
- Any RSO may reserve space in the law school for meetings or events. However, please note that to avoid overscheduling, no more than four (4) student reservations may be scheduled on the same day. This policy also applies to table requests in Folder City.
