The Center for Innovative Collaboration in Medicine and Law hosting conference on health care reform
Florida State University's Center for Innovative Collaboration in Medicine and Law is hosting a conference on health care reform on February 4, 2013. The conference, titled Health Care Reform: Legal and Ethical Questions About Where We Go from Here," will take place at the Florida State Alumni Center (1030 W. Tennessee St., Tallahassee, FL 32304).
Marshall Kapp, director of the Center for Innovative Collaboration in Medicine and Law, helped organize the conference. Faculty members from the College of Law will speak during the program. These speakers include Larson Professor Jeffrey Kahn, the Patricia A. Dore Professor of Administrative Law and Associate Dean for Research Mark Seidenfeld and the Glass Professor of Public Interest Law Paolo Annino.
The day-long course is designed for physicians, attorneys, nurses, social workers, psychologists and anyone with an interest in continuing education in health policy, legal medicine, health care ethics and health care financing. Members of the public are welcome to regsiter and attend.
