Charles W. Ehrhardt Emeritus Professor Education Author of Florida Evidence (West Pub. 2003), the leading treatise on the topic, and Florida Trial Objections (West Pub. 3d ed. 2002), Professor Ehrhardt has been cited as an authority by appellate courts more than 400 times. He teaches Torts, Evidence, Trial Practice and Trial Evidence Seminar, and has been named Outstanding Professor seven times, most recently in 2000-2001. Related Links
Professor Ehrhardt serves as a Commissioner to the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws. He was a member of the faculties of both the National Judicial College in Reno, Nevada, and the Federal Judicial Center in Washington, D.C. In Fall 2001, he was a Visiting Professor at University of Georgia. Professor Ehrhardt was the 2003 recipient of the Selig I. Goldin Award from the Criminal Law Section of The Florida Bar. He clerked for the Honorable M.D. Oosterhout of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, joined Florida State University College of Law's faculty in 1967, and was named Mason Ladd Professor of Evidence in 1972. He is a graduate, with high honors, of University of Iowa College of Law. |
