As a member of the first-year writing faculty, Weinman teaches Legal Research and Writing I and II. Prior to joining Florida State Law, she was assistant general counsel for the Florida Agency for Workforce Innovation and the Florida Department of Corrections. She previously served as a law clerk/senior judicial attorney for the Honorable James R. Wolf of the First District Court of Appeal.

As a student at Florida State Law, Weinman won book awards for Litigation, Legal Writing and Conflict of Laws.
