A recognized tax scholar, Professor Polsky has published numerous articles on tax law and policy, including articles published in the Boston University Law Review, the Iowa Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review, the George Washington University Law Review and the North Carolina Law Review. He is also co-author of the 6th edition of the casebook, Federal Income Taxation of Individuals(Foundation Press).
During the 2006-07 academic year, Professor Polsky is serving as Professor-in-Residence at the Internal Revenue Service's Office of Chief Counsel. Before joining the faculty at Florida State University, Professor Polsky was a faculty member at the University of Minnesota Law School.
Before beginning his teaching career, Professor Polsky practiced tax and corporate law at White & Case LLP in its Miami, Florida office.
