As a member of the first-year legal writing faculty, Professor Kahn teaches Legal Research & Writing I and II. She has been a Visiting Assistant Professor at Washington and Lee School of Law and Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law. She has taught Property, Torts and Professional Responsibility. 

Immediately after graduation from law school, Professor Kahn worked as an associate in the tax department of Fenwick & West, LLP.  Professor Kahn also served as Assistant Dean for Academic Programs and Policies at the Dickinson School of Law and as interim assistant dean for High Technology at Santa Clara University School of Law.
