Jim Rossi Harry M. Walborsky Professor and Associate Dean for Research Education Professor Rossi is recognized for his scholarship on participation in regulatory processes, state administrative procedure and regulated industries. His books include Regulatory Bargaining and Public Law (Cambridge University Press 2005) and a co-authored casebook, Energy, Economics and the Environment (Foundation Press 2000, 2nd ed. 2006). He teaches Torts, Administrative Procedure, Antitrust, and Energy Law and Policy. During spring 2009, Professor Rossi will be a Visiting Professor at Harvard Law School, and he has also taught at the Vanderbilt, University of Texas and University of North Carolina law schools. He graduated with high distinction from University of Iowa College of Law, where he was an articles editor for the Iowa Law Review, and also holds an LL.M. from Yale Law School, where he was an Olin Fellow. |
