As a student at Florida State Law, Karen Sandrik was senior articles editor of the Florida State University Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. She worked at Troutman Sanders LLP in the Atlanta office from 2008-2010 as an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Her practice focused on intellectual property disputes and complex litigation in federal and state courts, with a special emphasis on patent litigation.

She is admitted to practice in Georgia, as well as in the Northern District of Georgia, Middle District of Georgia, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Professor Sandrik will teach Sales and Leases in the fall and IP Licensing in the spring.
