Director of the Externship Program and a member of the clinical faculty, Professor Krieger coordinates criminal justice externships and teaches Criminal Practice. He researches and publishes in the area of law student and lawyer health and satisfaction. Professor Krieger served as Chair of the Clinical Section Committee on Externships of the Association of American Law Schools from 1994 to 1998.

He has also served as Vice-chair of the Florida Bar Committee on Quality of Life and Career since 1996. His experience practicing law includes Assistant State Attorney in the Fifteenth Circuit of Florida, corporate counsel to an independent health care provider, and Chief Trial Counsel to the Florida Comptroller. He is a 1978 honors graduate of the University of Florida College of Law and is a member of the Order of the Coif.
