Michael Z. Green, professor of law at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, will visit at Florida State University College of Law for the spring 2008 term.  He will teach Evidence and Employment Discrimination Law.

Professor Green is a prolific scholar and a frequent speaker on labor and employment arbitration issues. His pieces have appeared in such publications as the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law, University of Pennsylvania Journal of Labor and Employment Law, Penn State Dickinson Law Review, and Rutgers Law Journal. He also is a member of the American Law Institute.
