Faculty Working Papers

The faculty working papers series provides FSU and affiliated faculty an online forum for sharing works-in-progress with other scholars and practitioners prior to publication in a print journal. Eventually abstracts and papers (when available) are posted on the Social Science Research Network. Florida State University College of Law has two SSRN Series: Florida State University Public Law & Legal Theory and Florida State University Law, Business and Economics. From the SSRN page clicking on the title will allow access to an abstract and a PDF version of the article, when available.
