Randall Abate will visit Florida State Law for the 2008/2009 academic year from the Florida Coastal School of Law. Professor Abate has 14 years of teaching experience, during which he has taught Torts, Constitutional Law and various environmental law courses. In the past two years, Professor Abate has published four law review articles in the top 100 journals. Professor Abate will teach Torts and Constitutional Law II in the fall 2008 semester, and will teach Constitutional Law I and a seminar on International Environmental Law in the spring.
