Professor Zipkin will teach Torts in the fall and First Amendment in the spring. His scholarship focuses on the law of the federal courts, election law and administrative law. Prior to entering academia, Professor Zipkin practiced at Wiggin and Dana LLP, in New Haven, Connecticut and clerked for the Honorable José A. Cabranes, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the Honorable Mark R. Kravitz, United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.

Professor Zipkin previously was a visiting assistant professor of law at the Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law.
