This Article reviews the principal U.S. legislation affecting non-indigenous species, proposing a basic U.S. policy toward these species and describing the primary methods of non-native species prevention, control, and eradication. The Article concludes by proposing federal legislation to comprehensively address the problems posed by exotic species.
