The FSU College of Law Research Center now has a SmartBoard for student use in the Research Center Conference Room.
Students can connect their laptops to share documents with a group. For advanced features students can download software and drivers for a more interactive experience. The software is available here. Choose SMART Notebook collarborative learning software version 11.4 for both Windows and Mac. This is the free version of the software. See Jon Lutz in Room L204D for Assistance.
PCs, Macs, and iPads can be attached to the Smartboard. A USB cable must be attached to use the advanced features which may be checked out from the Circulation Desk. Electronic pens may be checked out. Mac and iPad VGA adapters are also available to check out.
For a basic display attach the availabe VGA cable to your PC and turn on the Smartboard. Please make sure when you are done to turn off the Smartboard. Push the On button twice to turn off the projector.
