Technology

The FSU College of Law offers a number of technical services and support to both students and faculty. For more information, as well as help with configuring wireless access, email, and installing examination software, please consult their Technology page.

In the Research Center

Law students have wireless laptop access throughout the Research Center building. In addition, public computers are located on the second floor of the Research Center. Library computers are intended to be used for legal research and other university-related activities. Publicly-accessible computers do not have word-processing programs.

Lexis and Westlaw

All law students, beginning with their first semester of law school, are given individual password access to Lexis and Westlaw. All first-year students are trained on both systems as part of their legal research course. Printers for Westlaw and Lexis are located in Room L206.
