Professor Eisenberg teaches in the areas of criminal law and procedure, torts, evidence, prison reform and legal ethics. Her scholarship addresses the law and practice of criminal punishment and has been published or is forthcoming in the UCLA Law Review, the Michigan Law Review, the Vanderbilt Law Review and the Southern California Law Review. Eisenberg earned her law degree with distinction from Stanford Law School, where she was an editor on the Stanford Law Review. She comes to Florida State from Harvard Law School, where she served as the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics Fellow and as a Climenko Fellow and Lecturer on Law. Before entering law teaching, Eisenberg was a litigation associate at Jenner & Block LLP in Washington, D.C., and a pro bono fellow at the D.C. Public Defender Service.
