Rotunda Entrance

Rotunda Exterior

Conceived by former dean Talbot "Sandy" D'Alemberte, the Rotunda is the showroom of the College of Law. The Rotunda Facility houses classrooms on the first floor and administrative offices on the second floor. The Rotunda is used to host guest Rotunda Interior speakers, lucheons, receptions and banquets. The Florida Supreme Court has convened special sessions here. In 1992, the Rotunda was renamed the D'Alemeberte Rotunda in honor of the former dean and president emeritus of Florida State. The Rotunda, along with the Village Green, is the newest addition to the College of Law Campus. On the second floor of the Rotunda, photos of judges who are alumni of the College of Law line the wall, including a portrait of 1982 alum and current Florida Supreme Court Justice Kenneth B. Bell.
