Kelly Overstreet Johnson recently transitioned to a full-time mediation and arbitration practice throughout Florida. Johnson is a Florida Supreme Court Circuit Civil Mediator, a Florida Supreme Court qualified arbitrator handling non-binding and binding arbitrations, and also serves as a panelist for AAA arbitrations in commercial, employment and consumer matters. Kelly Overstreet Johnson of Baker Donelson in Tallahassee has been invited to become a fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators and also has been accepted as a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Mediation Panel and Commercial Arbitration Expedited Panel. Johnson has more than 37 years of experience as a business and commercial litigator. She is a Florida Supreme Court certified circuit-civil mediator and certified AAA arbitrator. Posted 1.10.20

 

Richard T. Tschantz is now of counsel at Carlton Fields in Tampa. He joins the firm's government law and consulting practice after three decades in the public sector, most recently as general counsel of the Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County. Posted 11.22.19

 

The Honorable Robert S. Cohen received the 2019 Claude Pepper Award from the Government Lawyer Section of The Florida Bar for exemplifying the highest ideals of dedication, professionalism and ethics in service to the public. Cohen is the director and chief judge of the Division of Administrative Hearings. Posted 7.8.19
