Kelly Ann Kennedy

I was born and raised in Tallahassee where I developed a deep appreciation for the natural environment. That appreciation turned into a passion during my time in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at the University of Florida. I majored in Forest Resource Conservation and earned two minors in Agricultural and Natural Resources Law, Ethics, and Policy. I am eager to apply my specialized knowledge of environmental science to a career in agricultural law and policy.


Troy Longman II

Graduation year: 2021
Anticipated start date: June 1, 2021
During my law school career, I focused my study on matters relating to the business and financial industry. 
The courses I have enjoyed most has been Negotiations and the Law of Investment Management.
Outside of my studies and my learning experiences working as a law clerk, I enjoy spending time outdoors, swimming, hiking, biking and occasionally strumming a tune on my guitar.

Diverse, versatile attorney and professor, with over ten years of experience in academic instruction, litigation, transactional and contract work. Currently completing an LL.M. in business law with a concentration in risk management and human resource compliance while serving full-time as an assistant general counsel serving the General Counsel Office in various matters, primarily counseling directors and managers on employment law, risk aversion, policy and compliance.

I am a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and a December 2019 JD/MBA graduate of Florida State University with experience in financial regulatory law. I am seeking to live and work in New Hampshire practicing in the areas of financial regulation, estate planning, bankruptcy, business law, and/or consumer protection.

In third year of law school at Florida State. Interests include litigation, specifically in the Court of Federal Claims, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, the Court of Appeals for the Armed Services, the FAR and DFARS.


Felicia Warren

Graduation year: 2020
Anticipated start date: March 1, 2021
At the end of Summer 2020, I will receive my J.D. and Masters in Information Science from FSU. My intention is to work in state/federal government doing legal and policy research. During my legal education, I focused heavily on advanced research skills and legislative practice. I am also interested in international law and foreign relations. My experiences have been very diverse - ranging from legislative work (Florida Senate/FADSS) to litigation support (clerking at civil firms).
