Why did you choose the College of Law?
I chose to attend Florida State Law because of the collegial and supportive academic atmosphere. I was floored by how eager the upperclassmen, professors, and my fellow classmates were to help and guide each other through the struggles and adversity of the first year. All law schools have great programs but this law school has a community and network I knew I had to join.

How have you interacted with our alumni network?
I have yet to meet an alum from our law school who does not want to share their experience and knowledge to benefit current students. The sense of community created here is clearly transferred into our body of alumni. I currently have an alumni mentor who is a sitting judge in Tallahassee.

What has been the best experience you have had at the College of Law thus far?
The best experience I have had at the College of Law thus far has been the opportunity to learn about different career paths, areas of law, and topics that I would not have explored had it not been for the convenient seminars, talks, and guest speakers who visit regularly. I can focus and tailor my experience to be as specialized as I like, and there are seemingly endless opportunities available to students.

Which administrative office has been particularly helpful to you during your time at the College of Law?
The Office of Student Advancement has been a lifesaver. Throughout the semester, they hold mental health and wellness events on campus that always bring out smiles and a sigh of relief from every student. Yoga, meditation, and painting are wonderful but nothing was more helpful last semester than walking into Roberts Hall on a random Wednesday to the most beautiful and delicious smelling waffle bar I have ever seen in my life.

Why did you become a student ambassador?
I have so much pride for this law school. Although my undergraduate experience was very spirited at the University of Florida, the level of community and scholarship that I have experienced here has been truly incredible. My classmates and professors create an atmosphere that makes it difficult not to thrive. Despite the difficulty of the material, the Florida State Law community is dedicated to excellence and that is something I would love to share with prospective students. One of my deciding factors to come here was the emphasis on collaboration and professionalism that was communicated to me by every ambassador I met last year, and I would love to share that sense of community with prospective students like it was shared with me.
