Why did you choose the College of Law?
From the moment I stepped foot onto the campus, I have been extremely impressed with everyone I have met. The professors and advisors took an immediate interest in me and my goals, and I immediately felt valued. After my first visit, I was confident that Florida State Law was the right fit for me.

How have you interacted with our alumni network?
I have had the opportunity to interact with Florida State Law alumni at various professional networking events across Tallahassee. Every alum I have spoken with has been so kind and encouraging, and has gone out of their way to introduce me to their colleagues practicing in my area of interest. The support that I have received from Florida State Law alumni has been incredible.

What has been your most challenging experience in law school thus far?
Adjusting my time management skills for the rigors of law school has been one of my biggest challenges. Finding a school-life balance requires consistent effort and dedication.

Give one fun fact about yourself.
Before deciding that I wanted to attend law school, I had planned on pursuing a career in journalism. I have written for multiple publications since high school.

Why did you become a student ambassador?
Since arriving at the College of Law, I have greatly enjoyed being part of this community. While law school is inherently challenging, the students and professors are truly supportive of one another. From the moment I began, I was immediately embraced by a warm and friendly community. This welcoming culture has been critical to my success and truly sets Florida State Law apart from other law schools. As an ambassador, I have the opportunity to inspire in others the same passion and excitement for Florida State Law that I have, and that is a rewarding way to give back to the community that means so much to me.
