This fall, we are excited to welcome Vicki L. Been on Wednesday, October 25. Been is the Boxer Family Professor of Law at New York University School of Law, the director of NYU’s Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy, and Affiliated Professor of Public Policy of the NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. She is one of the nation’s leading scholars at the intersection of land use, urban policy and affordable housing.

Municipal Utilities and Cooperatives: Transitioning to a Lower-Carbon Future Conference
Friday, March 24, 2017 at 9:00 am
Synopsis: Municipally-owned utilities and electric cooperatives provide electricity to millions of U.S. customers. This conference will explore the challenges and opportunities faced by these entities as they transition to lower-carbon energy sources in response to changing market forces. A full day of panel discussions will feature energy law experts and muni and co-op representatives from around the United States.
