Kristopher J. KestKristopher J. Kest, founder and attorney at Kest Family Law, P.A. in Orlando, has been elected treasurer of the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, Inc. He practices marital and family law. Posted 7.9.18





David W. Childs was recognized as an Up and Comer in the 2018 Florida Trend Legal Elite. He represents businesses and local governments on environmental permitting, enforcement, rulemaking, and legislative issues, with a focus on water policy and marine industry issues. Posted 7.5.18

Mathews, Jr. Young Lawyer Professionalism Award. Kevin D. Schiff was named the 2016 Felony Prosecutor of the Year by the Arizona Prosecuting Attorneys' Advisory Council. He is the deputy Yavapai County attorney in Prescott, AZ. Posted 12.12.17


Mark A. VogtMark A. Vogt was named a 2017 Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Star. He is senior trial counsel at Fowler | Helsel | Vogt. Vogt concentrates his practice on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. He lives in Fresno, CA with his wife Kristi and baby girl Avery. Posted 12.12.17





Breton H. PermeslyBreton H. Permesly is now a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP in New York, NY. He concentrates his practice on domestic and international franchising, licensing and distribution matters. Posted 10.27.17






Stacie B. Harris-Cox was selected as Prosecutor of the Year by Governor Rick Scott. She also was honored during the second annual presentation of The Inspire Awards on July 13 and was named Woman of the Year by the Zonta Club of Tampa for the significant impact she makes on the issue of human trafficking. Harris-Cox is the assistant U.S. attorney at the U.S. Attorney's Office, Middle District, in Tampa. Posted 10.27.17

Andrea Watt McHugh was appointed to serve as a judge on the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court. Posted 4.06.17
